Most Popular Questions
Why should I stage my home?
Staging can make a big difference in how quickly your home sells and at what price. Homes that are staged typically sell faster and for a higher price because they appeal to a wider range of buyers. Staging also helps your property stand out in listing photos, which are often the first impression buyers will have.
How much does home staging cost?
The cost of home staging can vary depending on the size of your property and the level of staging required. We offer a range of packages, from partial staging (focusing on key rooms) to full staging (for the entire home). We can provide a detailed quote after our initial consultation.
How long will the staging process take?
Typically, staging takes 2 to 4 days, depending on the home’s size and the scope of work. We work efficiently to get your property ready for showings as quickly as possible.
Can home staging increase the sale price of my home?
Yes, staging can help increase your home’s sale price. Well-staged homes often sell for more because they make a stronger impression on buyers and show the property at its best. In fact, studies have shown that staged homes can sell for up to 10% more* than unstaged homes. (*Source HSA UK 2023)
Do I need to move my own furniture out before staging?
It depends on the condition and layout of your current furniture. If your existing furniture is outdated or doesn’t complement the home’s best features, we may recommend removing it. During our consultation, we’ll advise you on what we think should stay and what should be adjusted.
Can I stage my home if it’s already furnished?
Can I stage my home if it’s already furnished? Yes! We offer both full and partial staging services. If your home is already furnished, we can work with what you have, bringing in additional decor, accessories, or furniture as needed to create the best look.
